Abstract:Under the background of imperfect rural data system and less application of new technologies and methods for assisting village planning and optimizing the layout of housing sites, technical methods for building housing sites to use multisource data integration of relevant people, houses and land, and to use data coupling output results to assist in optimizing the layout of housing bases in planning preparation have been studied and practiced in the planning of two villages in the densely populated urban areas around Mount Taishan. The refined spatial analysis, evaluation and visualization have been carried out on the allocation of residential space on homestead land, present condition of utilization, utilization efficiency and physical characteristics of rural residential land. It can improve work efficiency and analysis quality. It will provide references for planning types of rural residential land.
