Abstract:Land reserve management plays a crucial role in optimizing urban spatial resource allocation and supporting highquality development. In this paper, taking Ji'nan Land Reserve Dynamic Management System as the research object, adopting a combination of case analysis and system evaluation methods, practical application effects have been studied systematically. It is showed that the system has realized the wholeprocess online closedloop management of land "acquisition, storage, management, supply, and transfer" by building a serviceoriented architecture (SOA) and a WebGIS platform. It has significantly improved administrative approval efficiency, enhanced scientific allocation of resources, and innovated dynamic supervision modes. Through the integration of multisource data via a "One Map" platform and mobile collaborative operations, the system has promoted digital transformation of business processes. However, there are some shortcomings in crossdepartmental data sharing, expansion of intelligent analysis functions, and business process coordination. In this paper, from the aspects of establishing a standardized data exchange system, introducing intelligent analysis modules in phases, and promoting online business process integration, optimization path has been put forward. It will provide some references for improving the functionality and efficiency of similar systems.
