Abstract:Research on theoretical methods and application effectiveness of ecological protection red line monitoring, evaluation, and early warning scenarios will provide references for enhancing digital governance capabilities of national land and space. By using case studies and systematic induction, integrated platform, data base and main functions of the application scenario for building a monitoring network for the implementation of national spatial planning have been analyzed. Achievements and key technologies achieved have been summarized.Digital reconstruction of ecological protection red line monitoring, evaluation, and early warning business has been realized. It is indicated that innovative mechanisms, such as remote sensing monitoring with complementary advantages, technological innovations, such as automation and intelligent processing of remote sensing data have significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of ecological protection red line monitoring, assessment, and early warning, saving manpower, material resources, and funding investment. It is showed that the construction of ecological protection red line monitoring, evaluation, and early warning scenarios in Shandong province is a typical case of the application of monitoring networks in the implementation of national spatial planning. It can provide research models and experience references for the construction of similar scenarios nationwide. Based on the above research, continuously deepening cross departmental data integration, promoting standardization system construction, and actively carrying out nationwide experience exchange are the development directions for further optimizing scenarios.
