Abstract:Scientifically demarcating natural ecological spaces and formulating corresponding regulatory measures are crucial components of national land space planning and essential for promoting ecological civilization in the new era. In this paper, taking Qixia city in Shandong province as an example, through comprehensive assessment of ecological sensitivity and a coordinated analysis of economic forest pillar industries, natural ecological space zoning and related regulatory rules have been identified. Highly sensitive areas cover 24247hm2, and account for 45.97% of total natural ecological space. Moderately sensitive areas cover 18129hm2, and account for 34.37% of total natural ecological space. Lowly sensitive areas cover 10375hm2, and account for19.67% of the total natural ecological space. The highly important and sensitive areas prioritize the protection of forest ecosystems, implement strict human activity control, and prohibit the expansion of the planting scale of economic forests within the region. Optimize the layout of agricultural land in moderately important sensitive areas, strengthen soil and water conservation, and allow for moderate economic forest upgrading while ensuring ecological functions. Low importance sensitive areas can moderately expand the scale of economic forest planting within the carrying capacity of the ecological environment. This study combines local pillar industries and uses the comprehensive evaluation method of ecological sensitivity to focus on the coordinated regulation of ecological sensitivity and economic forest industry at the county level. It can provide references and inspiration for further understanding and defining ecological spaces.
