基于手机信令数据的日照市城镇体系结构研究

Study on Urban System Structure of Rizhao City Based on Mobile Phone Signaling Data

本文利用手机信令数据构建了通勤联系矩阵，从等级结构、网络联系、中心城镇腹地等方面分析了日照市城镇体系结构，并与现行国土空间总体规划中的城镇体系进行了对比。研究表明：城镇等级结构呈“金字塔”型，市域东部城镇等级总体高于中西部；城镇联系整体呈现烟花放射状格局，东港城区与其他城区已形成联系廊道；中心城镇腹地数量存在较大差异，东港城区腹地范围突破行政区划限制。经过近几年发展，“1+2+9”城镇等级体系、3条发展轴带、3个发展组团的规划设想基本实现，但莒县城区—五莲城区发展轴带与规划目标存在较大差距。

Abstract:

In this paper, by using the signaling data of mobile phones, the commuting contact matrix has been constructed and the urban system structure of Rizhao City has been analyzed from the aspects of hierarchical structure, network connection and hinterland of central towns. Comparion has been carried out with urban system in the current national land space master plan. It is showed that the hierarchical structure of cities and towns is "pyramid", and the urban hierarchy in the eastern part of the city is generally higher than that in the central and western regions. The overall connection between cities and towns presents a radial pattern of fireworks, and Donggang district and other urban areas have formed a connection corridor. There is a big difference in the number of hinterland of central towns, and the hinterland of Donggang district has broken through the restrictions of administrative divisions. After development in recent years, the planning idea of "1+2+9" urban hierarchy, three development axes and three development groups has basically been realized, but there is a big gap between the development axes of Juxian county and Wulian county.
