山东省城市三维模型（LOD1.3级）构建技术方法和质量检查

Technical Methods and Quality Inspection Standards for Constructing Urban 3D Models (LOD1.3 level) in Shandong Province

本文根据山东省具有参考数据源的现状，提出符合山东省实际的LOD1.3模型构建技术流程和质检内容，结合某地市提交成果进行质量检查的情况，列出常见的质量问题及出现的原因，可以为山东省后续LOD1.3产品的构建及质量检查提供参考。

Abstract:

Based on present condition of reference data sources in Shandong province, a technical process and quality inspection content for constructing LOD1.3 models that are in line with actual situation in Shandong province has been put forward. Combining with the quality inspection of submitted results in a certain city, quality problems and its causes have been analyzed. It will provide some references for the construction and quality inspection of LOD1.3 products in Shandong province in the future.
