Abstract:Yangan fault belt is a derived structure of Yishu fault belt. Its both sides are main production areas of Luxi gold and polymetallic minerals. Gold deposit, silver deposit, copper-lead deposit, iron deposit and rare earths deposit have been discovered and evaluated with good mineralization prospects. Shiqianbu area is located in the south of Yangan fault belt. In this paper, metallogenic conditions and geological characteristics of gold-polymetallic deposits in Shiqianbu area have been summarized, characteristics of ore bodies of Yangshan gold deposit, Yangling copper-lead ore spot, Dengwangshan gold (copper) ore spot, and Shiqianzhuang gold ore spot have been studied in detail. Combining with stratigraphy, structures, magmatic rocks, alteration characteristics, and relationship between alteration characteristics and gold-polymetallic deposits, it is regarded that it is a medium-low temperature hydrothermal tectonic-altered rock-type gold-polymetallic deposit. Combining with induced polarization mid-gradient and geochemical anomalies of metallogenic elements in the study area, prospecting indicators have been summarized, and the exploration potential in Shiqianbu gold-polymetallic prospecting target area and Yangling copper-lead prospecting target area has been evaluated. Geological conditions for mineralization in the target area are superior, physical and chemical exploration anomalies are obvious, the discovered ore bodies are not closed, and multiple areas with obvious mineralization and alteration have not been verified. It is indicated that there is great potential for mineral exploration in the target area.
