Abstract:Real estate data is of diverse categories. Its core elements include multiple pieces of information, such as spatial location of real estate and the rights holders. Relying on data pool built by the "Internet + Real Estate Registration" platform, a solid foundation has been laid for socialized applications.The application scope of real estate registration archive data are as follows: Firstly, models for land use efficiency and residential supplydemand balance are constructed. The former is used to evaluate land efficiency and provide support for relevant decisions, while the latter is used to assess housing policies and support planning decisions. Secondly, study on commercial risk management and control and vacancy rate for site selection based on data integration has been carried out. By correlating different data, economic risk prediction can be achieved and assistance can be provided for commercial site selection. Thirdly, the work on public security police situation analysis and energy analysis has been promoted. Police situation analysis involves multiple distribution situations. Energy analysis covers various aspects the distribution of energy consumption.These applications can provide strong and powerful support and guarantee for urban planning, construction, management and sustainable development from multiple dimensions.
