矿产资源资产清查方法与实践探索——以陕西省铜川市为例

Study on Methods and Practices for Mineral Resource Asset Inventory——Taking Tongchuan City in Shaanxi Province as an Example

摘要:

矿产资源资产清查是一项查清矿产资源资产家底的重要工作。为探索矿产资源管理新方法新模式提供数据支撑，本文分析了国内外矿产资源资产清查概况，基于市级角度对矿产资源资产清查重点工作进行梳理。介绍了铜川市矿产资源资产清查的技术路线，结合矿产资源资产清查工作实践，针对工作中存在的问题进行分析，并给出相应的建议。为完善市级矿产资源资产清查制度提出了对策。

Abstract:

The inventory of mineral resources assets is an important work to find out mineral resources assets. In order to provide data support for exploring new methods and models of mineral resource management, the overview of mineral resource asset inventory at home and abroad have been analyzed, and key work of mineral resource asset inventory has been sorted out from a municipal perspective. In this paper, technical route of mineral resource asset inventory in Tongchuan city has been introduced. Based on the practice of mineral resource asset inventory, problems existing in the work have been analyzed, and relative countermeasures for improving the municipal mineral resource asset inventory system have been put forward.
