    摘要:

    在新一轮找矿突破战略行动的指引下,小口径绳索取心钻探技术也向“深、斜、难”方面不断创新发展。在“斜”这一方面,定向钻进技术仍然是一项重要的技术难题。随着近几年不同科研单位和钻探施工队伍对小口径绳索取心钻探钻孔轨迹控制技术方面研究的逐渐深入,各种钻孔轨迹偏斜、纠斜的方法也在不同类型的钻孔中进行试验实施,但纠斜的质量效果不尽相同。本文以兰陵铁矿小寨子古林矿段施工的9个定向钻孔为研究对象,通过研究强造斜地层中小口径绳索取心钻探钻孔轨迹控制技术问题,对比分析不同的钻孔轨迹控制技术方法,总结出一套专门应对强造斜地层的综合钻孔轨迹控制技术体系。

    Abstract:

    Under the guidance of the new round of breakthrough strategic actions in mineral exploration, small-diameter rope core drilling technology is constantly innovating and developing towards "deep, inclined, and difficult" aspects. In terms of "inclination", directional drilling technology remains an important technical challenge. Accompanying with gradual deepening of research on trajectory control technology for small-diameter rope coring drilling by different scientific research units and drilling construction teams in recent years, various methods for deviation and correction of drilling trajectories have also been tested and implemented in different types of drilling, but the quality and effectiveness of correction vary. In this paper, taking the construction of 9 directional boreholes in Lanling iron deposit in Xiaozhaizi-Gulin section as the research object, by studying the trajectory control technology of small-diameter rope coring drilling in strong inclined strata, different drilling trajectory control technology methods have been compared and analyzed. A comprehensive drilling trajectory control technology system specifically designed for strong inclined strata has been summarized.
