Abstract:Based on MapGIS 10 platform, taking the construction of 3D basic geological model of cnetral areas in Tai'an city as an example, by using interactive modeling, automatic modeling and other methods comprehensively, through model integration, the construction of 3D basic geological model of 100m underground of cnetral areas in Tai'an city has been completed. The processing of modeling data sources, the selection of modeling methods and the integration of geological bodies formed by different modeling methods have been introduced in detail. The application of model integration and fusion methods in the construction and updating of 3D geological model have been studied. It will provide some experiences and technical support for other urban 3D geological modeling work.
