沂蒙山区域山水林田湖草沙生态保护修复研究和效益分析

Study and Benefit Analysis on Ecological Protection and Restoration of Mountains, Rivers, Forests, Fields, Lakes, Grass and Sand in Yimengshan Mountain Area

摘要:

山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程是贯彻绿色发展理念的有力举措，也是生态文明建设的必然要求。沂蒙山区域山水林田湖草沙生态保护修复从生态系统整体性和流域系统性出发，识别了区域主要生态问题，构建了“一河三区八单元”的生态修复总体格局，提出了从矿山修复与水源涵养、流域治理与湿地修复、森林提质与生物多样性保护、土地整治与水土流失治理以及生态保护和修复等方面入手实施生态环境修复，并分析了生态修复效益，形成了山水工程与山水城相依共生的“沂蒙模式”，为沂蒙山区域山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和修复工程提供了决策依据，同时也为其他区域类似生态修复工程提供了借鉴。

Abstract:

The integrated protection and restoration project of landscape, forest, lake, grass and sand is a powerful measure to implement the concept of green development and an inevitable requirement for the construction of ecological civilization. Based on the integrity of the ecosystem and the systematic nature of the river basin, ecological protection and restoration of landscape, forest, lake, grass and sand in Yimengshan mountains, main ecological problems in the region have been identified, the overall pattern of ecological restoration of "one river, three regions and eight units" has been constructed, and the implementation of ecological environmental restoration have been proposed from the aspects of mine restoration and water conservation, river basin governance and wetland restoration, forest quality improvement and biodiversity protection, land consolidation and soil erosion control, and ecological protection and restoration. The ecological restoration benefits have been analyzed, and the "Yimen mode" of landscape engineering and landscape city coexisting has been formed. It will not only provide a decision basis for the integrated protection and restoration project of landscape, forest, lake, grass and sand in Yimeng Mountains, but also provide some references for other similar regional ecological restoration projects.
