Abstract:In this paper, selecting 5 primary indicators, including project decisionmaking, project management, project output, project benefits and satisfaction, 15 secondary indicators and 37 tertiary indicators., by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) , performance of soil and water conservation projects in Dongwen river basin has been evaluated. The causes of performance evaluation results have been studied. By using SCP paradigm (structure—conduct—performance analysis paradigm), formation mechanism of project performance has been analyzed. The importance of strengthening multiparty collaboration and forming a longterm mechanism has been emphasized. It will provide some references for exploring and improving the performance of ecological protection and restoration projects in other regions.
