中国沿海省区海洋可持续发展能力空间格局评价研究

Study on Spatial Pattern Evaluation of Marine Sustainable Development Capability of Coastal Provinces and Regions in China

摘要:

评价我国沿海省区海洋可持续发展能力现状，探讨提升海洋可持续发展能力的方法对策，促进我国沿海省区海洋可持续协调发展，对于我国加快建设海洋强国、着力推动高质量发展具有积极意义。本文构建了一套海洋可持续发展能力空间格局评价指标体系，分析了我国沿海省区近十年来的海洋可持续发展能力空间格局特征，并据此提出了提升海洋可持续发展能力的针对性对策和建议。

Abstract:

Evaluating present situation of marine sustainable development capability, exploring the methods and countermeasures for promoting sustainable development capability of the marine, and promoting sustainable and coordinated development of marine of coastal provinces and regions in China is of great significance to speed up the construction of a strong maritime country and promote high-quality development. In this paper, a set of spatial pattern evaluation index system of sustainable development dapability of marine has been set up, and spatial pattern characteristics of marine sustainable development capability of coastal provinces and regions in the past ten years in China have been analyzed. Some countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward to improve sustainable development ability of the ocean.
