    摘要:

    五莲县花岗岩储量丰富,在开采过程中产生大量花岗岩锯泥,其潜在危险废物特性直接影响后续堆存方式和再利用的安全性。本文以五莲县花岗岩锯泥为研究对象,选择水分含量、化学成分、浸出毒性、毒性物质含量和腐蚀性对其进行危险废物鉴别。最终结果显示水分含量12.3%,主要化学成分为Si、Al、K、Na、Ca、Fe和Mg等,主要组成矿物为石英、斜长石、钾长石和金云母等,浸出毒性和毒性物质含量均不超过国标GB5085.6—2007《危险废物鉴别标准毒性物质含量鉴别》中的限值,且不属于腐蚀性物质。综合判断此花岗岩锯泥不属于危险废物,为堆存和利用提供了可供参考的基础数据。

    Abstract:

    The hazardous waste characteristics of granite sawdust directly affect the safety of storage and reuse. In this paper, taking the granite sawdust in Wulian county as the research object, selecting moisture content, chemical composition, leaching toxicity, toxic substance content, and corrosiveness, hazardous waste has been identified. As showed by final results, a moisture content is 12.3%, main chemical components are Si, Al, K, Na, Ca, Fe, and Mg, and main constituent minerals are quartz, plagioclase, potassium feldspar and phlogopite. The leaching toxicity and toxic substance content can not exceed the limits specified in the national standard GB5085.6—2007 "Identification of Toxic Substances in Hazardous Waste Identification Standards"。 It is not classified as corrosive substances. Based on comprehensive judgment, this granite sawdust does not belong to hazardous waste. It will provide basic data for storage and utilization.
