摘要:

从房地一体化采购项目数字化、标准化、科学化和智能化管理面临的问题着手，结合房地一体不动产确权登记数据管理实际需求,给出了房地一体不动产确权登记数据管理系统的功能设计和实现，并对房地一体不动产确权登记数据管理系统建设的关键技术和系统特色进行了论述。

Abstract:

Starting from the problems faced by the digitalization, standardization, scientificization, and intelligent management of real estate integrated procurement projects, combining with actual needs of real estate registration data management in real estate integrated procurement, the functional design and implementation of the real estate registration data management system in real estate integrated procurement has been put forward in this paper. Key technologies and system characteristics of the construction of the real estate registration data management system in real estate integrated procurement have been discussed.
