关于双碳战略下济宁市任城区采煤沉陷区综合治理研究

Study on Comprehensive Management of Coal Mining Subsidence Areas in Rencheng District in Ji'ning City under the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Strategy

摘要:

文章基于双碳战略视角，解析采煤沉陷区治理和双碳战略的内涵及关联，在总结任城区采煤沉陷区综合治理技术模式的基础上，分析了采煤沉陷区综合治理存在的问题，并提出了强化治理规划引领、完善治理规范体系、深化治理技术研究、加强破坏源头控制等对策建议。

Abstract:

Based on the perspective of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy, the connotation and correlation between the governance of coal mining subsidence areas and carbon peaking and carbon meutrality strategy have been analyzed. On the basis of summarizing comprehensive treatment technology model of coal mining subsidence area in Rencheng district, problems existed in comprehensive treatment of coal mining subsidence area have been analyzed, and relative countermeasures, such as strengthening the guidance of treatment planning, improving the treatment standard system, deepening governance technology research, and strengthening the control of the source of damage have been put forward.
