As an auxiliary prospecting method, the fluid inclusion burst method can be used in the practice for ore exploration. In this paper, through systematic sampling of granite surrounding rocks, altered rocks and gold-bearing quartz veins of different gold deposits in Jiaodong gold deposit concentration area, quartz single minerals that meet the temperature measurement requirements of the burst method have been selected, and burst testing has been carried out on them. The interpretation elements and geological significance of the burst curve of fluid inclusions in quartz have been analyzed mainly. It will lay the foundation for reasonable and scientific interpretation of the burst test results and the application of the fluid inclusion burst temperature measurement method in quartz to the practice of gold ore exploration.
