Abstract:In order to assist the poverty alleviation campaign in Dangshan county in Anhui province, a geochemical survey of land quality with the scale of 1∶50000 has been carried out. In this paper, taking Geji town as the research object, by collecting surface soil samples at an average density of 6.4 points/km2, the content or indicator characteristics of 12 elements, such as N, P, Cd, Hg, As, Zn in the soil samples of the town have been analyzed systematically. A comprehensive evaluation of soil nutrients, soil environment, soil quality, and characteristic land resources have been conducted. It is showed that the overall soil quality in Geji town is good, with an area of 78.81km2 of good or above soil, accounting for 94.12% of the total assessed area, and no poor or inferior soil. The advantageous characteristic zinc rich soil area is 37.47km2, accounting for 54.07% of the total evaluated area. This research work can provide scientific geological data support for high quality development of ecological agriculture economy and assist in rural revitalization.
