    摘要:

    海岸建筑退缩线作为一项科学有效的保护和管理海岸带开发的手段在国际上得到广泛应用。本文以某市的海岸建筑退缩线的划定及管控为例,构建高精度实景三维模型对海岸带建筑退缩线及附属要素进行采集、编辑,采取“基础退缩距离划定+特定要素修正”方式进行核心退缩线的划定,要素叠加实景三维模型,形成海岸带管理系统,做到要素全方位、立体化展示和查询,为海岸建筑退缩区的精细化管控提供有力支撑。

    Abstract:

    The retreat line of coastal buildings has been widely used internationally as a scientific and effective means of protecting and managing coastal zone development. In this paper, taking the delineation and control of coastal building retreat lines in a city in Shandong province as an example, a highprecision realistic 3D model has been built, and the retreat lines and ancillary elements of coastal buildings have been collected and edited. The core retreat lines are delineated by using the method of "basic retreat distance delineation and specific element correction". The elements are overlaid with the realistic 3D model to form a coastal zone management system. It can realize comprehensive and threedimensional display and query of elements, and provide a strong support for the refined control of coastal building retreat areas.
