山东省历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复现状及对策建议

Present Situation and Suggestions and Countermeasures of Ecological Restoration in Abandoned Mines Left Over from History in Shandong Province

摘要:

山东是矿产资源大省，矿业在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要的基础作用。历史上矿产资源开发规模和强度较大，因受政策性关闭、修复不系统等因素的影响，遗留了一大批历史遗留废弃矿山，存在矿山地质安全隐患、土地资源损毁、植被破坏等一系列生态地质环境问题，一定程度上影响和制约了美丽山东建设。矿山生态修复难度较大，必须结合当地生态环境的综合情况开展系统修复。本文引用2022年山东省历史遗留矿山核查成果，系统分析了山东省在历史遗留废弃矿山生态修复方面的探索实践，客观分析了历史遗留矿山生态修复面临的形势及存在的主要问题，提出了科学开展矿山生态修复的对策措施，以期为山东省矿山生态修复工作提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

Shandong is a province with abundant mineral resources, and the mining industry plays an fundamental role in national economy and social development. Historically, the scale and intensity of mineral resources development is large. Due to policy closure and unsystematic restoration, a large number of historical abandoned mines have been left, a series of ecological and geological environment problems have been casued, such as hidden geological safety hazards in mines, destruction of land resources and vegetation. It will affect and restrict the construction of beautiful Shandong to a certain extent. The ecological restoration of mines is difficult. It should be carried out systematically combining with comprehensive situation of local ecological environment. In this paper, by using the verification results of historical heritage mines in Shandong province completed in 2022, exploration and practices in ecological restoration of historical abandoned mines in Shandong province have been analyzed systematically, situation and main problems faced by ecological restoration of historical mines have been objectively analyzed, and countermeasures for carrying out ecological restoration of mines scientifically have been put forward. It will provide some references for ecological restoration of mines in Shandong province.
