Abstract:In the context of rural revitalization strategy, a suitability evaluation index system is constructed at the township level, and high standard farmland construction zones are designated to guide the construction direction of high standard farmland projects in Shangdian town. Using suitability evaluation and obstacle model as research methods, the research results show that the first level of suitability for the construction of high standard farmland in Diandian Town is mainly distributed in the central and southern regions of the town, the second level is basically surrounded by the outer side of the first level, and the third level is scattered throughout the town, with the northern part of the town being the majority. There is a demand for urban development, making it less suitable for the construction of high standard farmland. The obstacle factors for the construction of high standard farmland in Shangdian town mainly include the degree of farmland connectivity, irrigation guarantee rate, salinization, organic matter content, and the demand for township construction. The four construction obstacles of farmland connectivity, salinization, organic matter content, and township construction demand are clearly present in the northern part of the town. The main manifestation in the eastern part of the town is the problem of salinization and the degree of contiguous farmland, which needs to be addressed in the construction of high standard farmland in the eastern region. The main problems in the southern region are the degree of farmland connectivity and irrigation guarantee rate, and it is necessary to increase the construction of farmland infrastructure. The construction of high standard farmland in Shangdian town can be divided into priority construction areas, key development areas, and reserve areas. Based on obstacle factors, it is further divided into 12 zones. Overall, the construction of high standard farmland in Shangdian town is mainly focused on improving farmland infrastructure and improving soil, while the direction of renovation in the northern region is large scale renovation and promoting the development of agricultural industrialization.
