Abstract:Based on the DEA-SBM model, spatial auto-correlation analysis and geodetector software are used to study the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of green development efficiency in counties in Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin. It is showed that from 2010 to 2020, the overall green development efficiency of Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin shows a downward trend, from optimal to medium. From the perspective of time series characteristics, the changes of the green development efficiency in counties in Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin are significantly different, which can be divided into five change types, they are continuous reduction, continuous growth, stable and unchanged, first rise and then decrease, first fall and then rise. From the perspective of spatial distribution, the spatial distribution of the green development efficiency in counties showed a random trend in 2010, and the spatial agglomeration characteristics in 2015 and 2020 are more significant. The distribution of high-high agglomeration areas and hot spots is consistent, and the distribution of low—low agglomeration areas and cold spot areas is consistent, all of which are mainly distributed in the Jinan metropolitan area, and the area is increasing. The efficiency of green development between counties in the Ji'nan metropolitan area is significantly differentiated. The interaction of influencing factors of the green development efficiency in counties in Shandong section of the Yellow River Basin shows a nonlinear enhancement effect.
