Abstract:In China, the real estate registration work has been in a decentralized state. The management data of real estate, such as land, residential construction, forest land and sea are registered by different government departments. Accompanying with the promulgation of the Provisional Regulations on Real Estate Registration, the integration of the stock real estate registration data has become an important guarantee for the unified registration of real estate in China. The data source is multiple departments, the data format is diverse, the spatial positioning accuracy is not uniform, and the "fragmentation" phenomenon is serious. The rule set of the existing database quality inspection software is bound to the program code, which is opaque. In addition, the existing documents lack the quality inspection rules unanimously approved by the competent department, the supervision unit and the project manufacturer, and even lack the rigid constraints of the spatial and geographical matching accuracy, which virtually increases the difficulty of the project quality evaluation. In this paper, this issue has been studied in further, and binding requirements for technical service and quality in the real estate registration data integration and database construction have been put forward.
