地源热泵系统低负荷运行状态下能效分析及效益潜力评价研究

    摘要:

    为给地源热泵系统管理和维护、浅层地热能开发利用工程节能减排效果评价及浅层地热能开发利用的推广提供依据,以山东省东昌府区妇幼保健院嘉明分院为例,利用监测的地源热泵系统能效监测系统,对地源热泵系统低负荷运行状态下能效进行了分析,对效益潜力进行了评价。该套系统机组、系统名义能效均达到了1级标准,根据其2022年制冷季能效监测,该套系统机组、系统制冷能效比与系统负荷存在正相关关系,由于建筑物室内用户侧使用率较低,系统负荷不高,实际的机组和系统制冷能效比较低,系统实际使用效益不佳。按照典型年采用温频法计算了系统的制冷季效益潜力,即制冷季常规能源代替量94403kgce,热源价值84971元,节能的热源价值制冷季一次能源节能率40.90%,供冷期二氧化碳减排量233175kg,二氧化硫减排量1888kg,粉尘减排量944kg。

    Abstract:

    For shallow geothermal energy development and utilization projects with low utilization rate on the user side of buildings, the ground source heat pump system is in low-load operation, which is often not energy efficient and has poor benefits. In order to provide a basis for the management and maintenance of ground source heat pump system, the evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction effects of shallow geothermal energy development and utilization projects, and the promotion of shallow geothermal energy development and utilization, taking Jiaming branch hospital of Dongchangfu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital as an example, the energy efficiency of ground source heat pump system under low load operation has been analyzed by using the monitored ground source heat pump system energy efficiency monitoring system, and the benefit potential has been evaluated. According to refrigeration season energy efficiency monitoring in 2022, the energy efficiency ratio of this system unit and system refrigeration has a positive correlation with the system load. Due to the low utilization rate of the indoor user side of the building, the system load is not high, the actual unit and system cooling energy efficiency is relatively low, and the actual use of the system is not good. In this paper, the cooling season benefit potential of the system has been calculated by using the temperature frequency method according to the typical year, that is, the conventional energy substitution amount in the cooling season is 94403kgce, the heat source value is 84971 yuan, the energy-saving heat source value is 40.90% in the primary energy saving rate in the cooling season, the carbon dioxide emission reduction is 233175kg, the sulfur dioxide emission reduction is 1888kg, and the dust emission reduction is 944kg.
