多旋翼无人机倾斜摄影技术助力土地储备潜力精准分析

Accurate Analysis of Land Reserve Potential Assisted by Multi-rotor UAV Oblique Photography Technology

摘要:

为加强土地储备统筹管理与精准调控力度，提高土地储备潜力区选取、研判以及精准分析效率。本文在论述多旋翼无人机应用于土地储备精准分析优势的基础上，提出了基于多旋翼无人机技术的土地储备精准分析方案。以济南市为例，综合性、创新性的利用测绘地理信息新技术，从土地储备潜力区识别、实景三维模型构建、建筑房屋信息采集、储备成本收益经济分析以及档案资料管理等方面，完成了土地储备潜力精准分析工作。为济南市土地储备管理机构形成“大组团”“大片区”的收储模式，统筹规划全市土地储备工作提供了重要技术支持，同时也为无人机航测技术在土地储备中的广泛应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:

In order to strengthen the overall management and precise regulation of land reserve, improve the efficiency of land reserve potential area selection, research and accurate analysis, on the basis of discussing the advantages of multi rotor UAV in land reserve accurate analysis, a land reserve accurate analysis scheme based on multi rotor UAV technology has been proposed in this paper. Taking Ji'nan city as an example, by using new technologies of surveying and mapping geographic information comprehensively and innovatively, from the aspects of land reserve potential area identification, 3D model construction, building house information collection, economic analysis of reserve costs and benefits and archives management, accurate analysis of land reserve potential has been finished. It will provide an important technical support for land reserve management organization in Ji'nan city, form a "large group" and "large area" collection and storage mode, plan land reserve work as a whole, and laid a foundation for wide application of UAV aerial survey technology in land reserve.
