Abstract:In this paper, problems and particularities of ownership investigation in the work of rural real estate integrated real estate ownership confirmation have been elaborated, and a method of using "Internet + GIS" technology to carry out ownership investigation has been put forward. Through development and utilization of "real estate ownership information collection and management system", the right holder can use the WeChat program to independently check and modify the original cadastral information, fill in the housing information, and upload the right source materials. By using the system to manage the PC terminal, the information submitted by the right holder has been to completed, and an attribute database has been formed. By using the real 3D model, the location of the parcel boundary has been to verified based on the parcel, housing information, and source materials. Combining with the application case, the specific process and method of the operation have been elaborated, and the operation effect has been analyzed. The survey method makes full use of the original land data, reduces the field survey work, overcomes the impact of the epidemic, solves the problem of field household surveys, and improves operational efficiency and data quality.
