    摘要:

    本文提出了以高速固定翼飞机为飞行平台搭载多镜头倾斜航摄仪获取0.03m分辨率多视影像,采用全自动建模技术制作倾斜摄影三维模型的技术方案,对像点位移、影像存储速度、安全飞行高度等制约高分辨率影像快速获取的因素进行分析,提出解决方法,并通过智慧城市时空大数据平台倾斜摄影省级试点项目对技术方案进行了验证,为高分辨率城市级实景三维地理场景制作提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Taking fast fixed wing aircraft as the flight platform, by using a multi lens oblique aerial camera, a multi view image of 0.03m GSD has been obtained. By the fully automatic modeling technology, 3D model of a tilt photography has been made. The factors restricting the acquisition of high-resolution image, such as displacement of image, image storagespeed and safe flight altitude have been analyzed, and countermeasures have been put forward. The scheme is verified by the provincial pilot Zhanhua oblique photography project of smart city space-time big data platform. It will provides some references for the construction of high-resolution urban real 3D geographic scene.
