    摘要:

    “实景三维”是现实世界的数字孪生,具有实体化、三维化、语义化、结构化、全空间和人机兼容理解的特点。当前山东省在大力推进实景三维山东建设,目的是打造“数字山东”统一的空间底版和数字基底。本文研究提出了省级实景三维建设的技术路线和需突破的关键技术,总结了实景三维山东的典型特点,可为其他省份开展全省域实景三维建设提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    3D real scene is the digital twin of the real world, which has the characteristics of objectified processing, three-dimensional processing, semantic processing, structured processing, full space and man-machine compatiblying. At present, real scene of 3D Shandong construction has been vigorously promoted, with the purpose of creating a unified spatial base and digital base of "Digital Shandong". In this paper, technical route of provincial 3D real scene construction and the key technologies to be broken through have been put forward, and typical characteristics of real scene 3D Shandong have been summarized. It can provide some references for carrying out provincial 3D real scene construction in other provinces.
