矿产资源储量平衡表填写方法探讨

Discussion on the Method for Filling the Balance Sheet of Mineral Resources Reserves

摘要:

在矿山储量年度报告中，发现矿产资源储量平衡表有填写错误现象，对当年动用的资源量采用“原级别动用，累查量填数”的方法填写，平衡表的基本功能得不到体现，横向和纵向不平衡，资源量和储量的升级变化、证实储量的增减得不到反映，累查可信储量和证实储量出现错误。为此，提出对当年动用资源量采用“先升级，再动用”的原则，进行矿产资源储量平衡表填写方法的探讨。

Abstract:

In the annual report of mine reserves, it is found that the filling of mineral reserve sheet is not correct. The mining resources amount of the current year is filled in by the method of "use the original level, fill in the accumulated amount". The basic function of the sheet can not be reflected, the numeric value in horizontal and vertical is imbalance, the upgrading and change of resources and reserves, the increase and decrease of proved reserves can not be reflected, and the error will occur in the total amount of identified probable and proved reserves. Therefore, the principle of "upgrade first, then mining" has been adopted, and the method for filling in the sheet of mineral resources and reserves has been discussed.
