    摘要:

    第三次国土调查成果数据的公布,进一步印证了加快培育和发展土地二级市场,充分盘活存量建设用地的必要性。本文分析了高密市土地二级市场中转让交易的现状、存在的问题,针对性提出培育和发展土地二级市场转让的对策建议,规范土地二级市场转让交易流程,提高存量土地资源的流转效率,促进节约和集约利用土地。

    Abstract:

    The publication of the results of the third land survey further confirms the necessity of accelerating the cultivation and development of the secondary land market and fully invigorating the stock of construction land. Current situation and existing problems of transfer transactions in the secondary land market of Gaomi city have been analyzed, countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating and developing the transfer of the secondary land market have been put forward ,the transfer and transaction process of the secondary land market have been standardized, the transfer efficiency of existing land resources has been improved, and economical and intensive use of land has been promoted.
