夏津县国土空间基础信息平台系统设计及关键技术

System Design and Key Technology of Land and Space Basic Information Platform in Xiajin County

摘要:

本文结合夏津县自然资源信息化工作实际需求，充分利用该县现有的规划和国土资源大数据中心建设成果，对该县国土空间基础信息平台的总体架构设计、数据库设计以及功能设计进行了介绍，重点探讨了平台建设中应用到的基于大数据的空间数据管理、基于微服务架构和云服务管理支撑、统一门户管理和统一运维管理三项关键技术，解决了空间数据高质量管理和应用、业务应用的多变性、系统应用安全等相关难点。平台经试运行测试，系统功能完善、运行稳定，能满足全县自然资源和规划系统业务应用需求，大大推进了全县自然资源数据更新维护机制，实现了自然资源数据共建共享和政务办公高效集约自主化，为其他地区国土空间基础信息平台的建设提供参考。

Abstract:

It is a major deployment made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to build a unified land and space basic information platform, and build a land and space planning implementation and supervision system integrating cities and counties. Combining with actual needs of natural resources informatization in Xiajin county and making full use of the existing planning and construction achievements of land and resources big data center in Xiajin county, the overall architecture design, database design and function design of the county's land and space basic information platform, and focuses on the spatial data management based on big data, micro service architecture and cloud service management support applied in the platform construction The three key technologies of unified portal management and unified operation and maintenance management solve the difficulties related to the highquality management and application of spatial data, the variability of business applications and system application security, and provide some references for the construction of land and space basic information platforms in other regions. The platform has been tested by trial operation. The system has perfect functions and stable operation, which can meet the business application requirements of the county's natural resources and planning system, greatly promote the update and maintenance mechanism of the county's natural resources data, and realize the co-construction and sharing of natural resources data and the efficient and intensive autonomy of government office.
