Abstract:Aiming at the problems of geological environment and geological resources faced in sustainable development in Rizhao city, three dimensional geological structure investigation of Rizhao Blue Economic Zone in Shandong province has been carried out. By using advanced investigation technology, geographic information system technology and 3D geological modeling technology, the urban 3D geological structure mapping has been carried out, and 3D models of borehole 3D entity, quaternary structure and bedrock structure in Rizhao city have been established. Through digital surface fitting method and computer graphics method, geological information with uneven, discontinuous and scattered spatial distribution has been transformed into a visual, continuous and intuitive threedimensional geological model. It will vividly expresses real shape and characteristics of various geological structures in the form of three dimensional images, and delineate the scope of adverse geological bodies affecting deep foundation excavation and underground space utilization. It will provide the basis of geological conditions for the development and utilization of underground space resources in Rizhao city.
