山东省刘公岛省级地质公园地质遗迹分类及地学意义

Classification and Geological Significance of Geological Relics in Liugong Island Provincial Geopark in Shandong Province

摘要:

刘公岛省级地质公园位于山东省威海市，园区内涵盖地质（体、层）剖面、地质构造、地貌景观、环境地质遗迹景观4个大类、6个类、8个亚类共25处地质遗迹。尤其以超高压变质岩的典型岩石榴辉岩而闻名，是山东省内乃至国内到目前为止发现的规模最大的、保留最完好的、特征最典型的榴辉岩地质遗迹。本文结合前人的研究成果，对榴辉岩的地学意义进行了系统梳理。

Abstract:

Liugong Island Provincial Geopark is located in Weihai city of Shandong province. It has 25 geological relics in four categories, 6 types and 8 subtypes, including geological (body, layer) profiles, geological structures, geomorphic landscape and environmental and geological relic landscape. It is especially famous for eclogite, a typical rock of ultrahigh pressure metamorphic rocks. It is the largest, best preserved and most typical geological relic of eclogite found in Shandong and even in China so far. In this paper, geological significance of eclogites has been systematically reviewed based on previous research achievements.
