Abstract:Xixugezhuang graphite deposit is located in the middle of eastern Shandong province. It belongs to regional metamorphic crystalline graphite deposit. It can be divided into five ore bearing zones, and 20 ore beds of granites have been circled, including 2 main ore beds with the trend of SE. The inclination is 46 °～82 °, and the average grade of the deposit is 2.93%. The ore types are mainly biotite bearing granulite type. Based on the analysis of metallogenic geological background, deposit geological characteristics, ore body characteristics and ore characteristics in the area, the origin of graphite deposit has been discussed, prospecting signs have been summarized, and prospecting prospect of graphite ore has been analyzed. It will provide some references for graphite ore exploration in this area in the future.
