为了解决目前公众对地理信息公共服务平台地名地址数据现势性要求越来越高而传统基础测绘更新速度较慢、周期较长之间的矛盾，本文结合滨州市区的地名地址更新实例，探索了一种基于共享本底数据库的省、市联动协同更新策略，通过合理的任务区划分，按照统一的更新要求，实践有所侧重的核查更新策略，实现了地名地址数据的省、市协同共享，显著提高了山东省地理信息公共服务平台数据的准确性和专业性，加强了用户体验，为平台更广泛和深入的应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:

In order to solve the contradiction between the increasing demand of the public for the current situation of geographical information public service platform place name address data and the slow and long cycle of traditional basic surveying and mapping update, combining with the example of place name address update in Binzhou city, a provincial and municipal linkage and collaborative update strategy based on shared background database has been explored. Through reasonable task area division, according to the unified update requirements, the verification and update strategy focused on practice has realized the collaborative sharing of place name and address data between provinces and cities. It will significantly improve the accuracy and professionalism of the data of Shandong geographic information public service platform, strengthen the user experience, and laid the foundation for the wider and indepth application of the platform.
