Abstract:According to the water inrush situation at 1313 working surface of Xiaoyun coal mine, the strata and structure around the water inrush point, aiming at water inrush point, directional construction technology is used for water-proof construction, and 4 directional drilling holes have been constructed at the same time. Grouting holes XY-1 and XY-2 have been blocked the channel. Directional blocking the channel hole and identifying the water inrush channel is the key of drilling construction. Two cap holes XY-3 and XY-4 are aligned with the water inrush point to block and improve the grouting head pressure is the key to the drilling construction. The borehole is drilled through the roof of the goaf above the water inrush point, and the water outlet point is blocked by injecting stones, sand and cement into the goaf near the water inrush point. The grouting leakage is greater than 10m3/h. According to actual geological and hydrogeological conditions revealed by drilling, for the open hole section of the drilling, the methods of descending, large and small intervals, re sweeping and are grouting shall be adopted until the grouting termination conditions are met. After 24 hours of solidification, the drilling shall be continued, and the grouting shall be repeated in case of leakage until the design final hole depth is. The project lasted two months and successfully completed the drilling and grouting water plugging work.
