Abstract:In recent years, mathematical statistical methods have been applied more and more widely in the field of hydrogeology. In this paper, taking the urban planning area of Yantai as the research area, by using SPSS Statistics 23 software, relationship between present condition of land use types and different pollution factors of loose rock pore water in the urban planning area of Yantai city has been analyzed. Based on Rough Set Theory, the weight of each pollution factor has been calculated and comprehensive evaluation of groundwater pollution has been carried out for the first time. It is showed that there is a strong correlation between present conditon of land use types and the nitrate pollution degree in the study area, and a moderate correlation with TDS pollution degree. Although there is no obvious correlation between present conditon of land use and sulfate, chloride and total hardness, there is a strong correlation between three factors, which is presumed to be closely related to seawater intrusion. It is calculated that the weights of nitrate index in the study area are the largest, and the weights of nitrite and ammonia nitrogen are the least. As showed by the results of comprehensive evaluation of groundwater pollution, the pollution degree in coastal areas is the most serious, while that in inland areas is closely related to present conditon of land use types. Seawater intrusion and excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides are main sources of pollution in the research areas.
