    摘要:

    将激光剥蚀微量采样技术(LA)与多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(MCICPMS)相结合,非常适合从微观角度研究物质的内在组成及分布特征,近年来在地球科学领域广泛应用。山东省地质科学研究院将Coherent GeoLasPro 193nm激光剥蚀系统与Thermo Scientific Neptune Plus型多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(MCICPMS)联用,建立了锆石微区原位UPb定年方法。对锆石标样91500、GJ1和Pleovice进行了原位UPb年龄测定。实验结果表明,该方法测试结果与推荐值在误差范围内一致,验证了仪器的准确度、精密度和稳定性,测试方法流程体系的有效性。

    Abstract:

    The combination of laser ablation (LA) and multicollectorinductively coupled plasmamass spectrometry (MCICPMS) has been widely used in the field of geoscience in recent years. It is very suitable for studying the internal compositions and distributions of minerals in a micro perspective. Coherent GeoLasPro 193nm LA system and the Thermo Scientific Neptune plus MCICPMS have been combined together by Shandong Institute of Geological Sciences, and the high resolution in situ UPb zircon dating method has been established. According to this method, situ UPb age determination of zircon standard samples 91500, GJ1 and pleOvice has been carried out. The experimental results show that the test results of this method are consistent with the recommended value within the error range, which verifies the accuracy, precision and stability of the instrument and the effectiveness of the test method flow system.
