    摘要:

    区域经济建设与社会发展必须与地质环境保障能力相适应,地质环境保障能力的评价是涉及多层次、多因素作用的空间综合评价。在山东半岛蓝色经济区地质环境保障能力评价过程中,选取2个领域层、11个准则层、37个指标层指标建立评价体系,利用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,再以地理信息系统为基础进行图形的空间处理与叠加运算,进而按照确定的分级标准将地质环境保障能力分为强、较强、中等、较弱、弱5个等级。

    Abstract:

    Regional economic construction and social development must adapt to geological environment guarantee ability. The evaluation of geological environment guarantee ability is a spatial comprehensive evaluation involving multi-level and multi factor action. In the process of evaluating geological environment support capacity of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, two domain layers, 11 criterion layers and 37 index layers are selected to establish the evaluation system, the weight of each evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process, and spatial processing and superposition operation of graphics are carried out based on GIS. According to the determined classification standard, geological environment guarantee ability is divided into five levels, they are strong, rather strong, medium, rather weak and weak.
