Abstract:Based on geochemical survey data of target regions with the scale of 1∶250000 in Shandong province, the differences between soil geochemical background values of 54 indexes in Ji'nan city and the soils in our country and the comprehensive geochemical grade of soil quality have been studied. It is found that the contents of C and CaO in the soil of Ji'nan are significantly higher than the soil background value in Shandong province. The values of Cd, Cr, Cu, F, Ni, Sn, MgO, CaO, Na2O and pH are higher than the abundance value of soil layer A in China, and the contents of nutritional indexes required for plant growth, such as Se, I and OrgC are lower than national background value. The soil quality in Ji'nan city is generally good. The sum of high quality, good quality and medium quality accounts for 99.76% of the total area in the study area, and the poor quality soil distribution area is the least, and accouns for only 0.24%. It is sporadically distributed near industrial and mining enterprises in Ji'nan city, Laiwu district, Gangcheng district and Zhangqiu district, which is closely related to human activities.
