Abstract:Sleeve valve pipe segment grouting is a commonly used method in building foundation reinforcement projects. However, traditional sleeve valve tube equipment has some disadvantages, such as the sealing ring and the inner wall of the sleeve valve tube are not tightly attached, which will easily lead to a low grouting pressure. In this paper, traditional sleeve valve pipe equipment has been improved. Relying on the foundation reinforcement project in a certain Yellow River alluvium area in Ji'nan city, the grouting effect test study of the improved sleeve valve pipe has been carried out. It is showed that the improved sleeve valve tube has a good application effect in building foundation reinforcement in the alluvial zone of the Yellow River in Ji'nan city. Comparing with traditional sleeve valve tube, the maximum grouting pressure of the improved sleeve valve tube has increased by 1.3 times, and the grouting time has saved by 22%. After adopting the improved sleeve valve tube, the probability of slurry drop and orifice reflow is greatly reduced, and the problem of slurry running between the sealing ring and the sleeve valve tube wall has been completely solved.
