    摘要:

    针对二维地下管网资料图档信息不全、现势性差、精度不高、管理缺位等问题,本文提出了建设三维智慧管线综合管理系统来反映地下管网空间位置关系,构建集管网数据动态更新、三维综合应用和信息共享共建于一体的GIS综合管理系统。以山东省禹城市为例,对三维智慧管线综合管理系统的总体架构、系统数据库及功能设计进行了介绍,重点探讨了系统建设中应用到的基于skyline的二三维一体可视化、基于管线全生命周期的数据动态管理更新、基于物联网的智能传感与实时监控三项关键技术,解决了管线二三维一体可视化、数据动态管理更新以及后期运维管理的相关问题,可为其他城市地下管线管理系统的建设提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of incomplete information, poor current situation, low accuracy and management vacancy of 2D underground pipe network data, the construction of 3D intelligent pipeline integrated management system has been proposed this paper to reflect the spatial location relationship of underground pipe network, and a GIS integrated management system integrating dynamic update of pipe network data, 3D Integrated application and information sharing has been constructed. Taking Yucheng city in Shandong province as an example, the overall architecture, system database and function design of the three-dimensional intelligent pipeline integrated management system has been introduced, and three key technologies applied in the system construction has been mainly discussed, including two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated visualization based on skyline, data dynamic management and update based on the whole life cycle of the pipeline, and intelligent sensing and real-time monitoring based on the Internet of things. It focuses on solving the problems of pipeline two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization, data dynamic management update and later operation and maintenance management. It can provide some references for the construction of other urban underground pipeline management system.
