摘要:

为解决山东省自然保护地整合优化业务流程衔接不畅、数据标准不统一、数据分析利用不充分的问题，开展自然保护地整合优化流程和数据标准化研究，通过制定标准化业务流程，实现省、市、县三级自然保护地摸底调查上报、价值评估、预案申报、审核等流程的一体化流转，采用统一数据标准规范各阶段数据，对成果数据信息进行深度挖掘，构建自然保护地整合优化多项关键指标的标准化分析模型，并通过系统建设进行实践检验，为重大决策提供数据依据和决策支撑，大幅提高自然保护地整合优化工作效率。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of poor business processes，inconsistent data sta-ndards，insufficient data analysis and utilization in the integration and optimization of nature reserves in Shandong province, research on the process and data standardization for integration and optimization of nature reserves have been carried out. Through the development of standardized business processes, the integrated flow of provincial, municipal and county-level nature reserve investigation and reporting, value evaluation, plan declaration and review have been realized, the data of each stage has been standardized by unified data standards, the achievement data information has been deeply mined, a standardized analysis model for the integration and optimization of multiple key indicators of nature reserves has been constructed, and practice test has been carried by system construction. It will provide data basis and decision support for major decisions, and improve the efficiency of integration and optimization of nature reserves greatly.
