The same content of elements in the soils with different physical and chemical properties (pH and organic matter of soil) can show completely different geochemical behavior. It will affect the transformation and crop absorption of elements. Based on the analysis of eco-geochemical effects of elements in soil and crop medium, the factors affecting the migration and transformation of elements between root soil-corn seed and root soi-wheat seed have been studied. It is found that there is a certain correlation between organic matter, pH and various elements in soil. The results have important guiding significances for the application of regional soil geochemical data in agricultural nutrition, fertilization, soil fertility and environmental quality assessment.
