Abstract:Soil slopes are common in piedmont and mountain inclined plain areas in Ji'nan city, and there are large potential safety hazards. In this paper, stability evaluation and treatment methods for such slopes with examples have been carried out. Based on the investigation and visit of high and steep soil slope in the southern mountain area in Ji'nan city, the origin of the unstable slope has been discussed in detail, a quantitative calculation of the slope stability has been made by using the Bishop slice method, and the treatment scheme has been put forward on the basis of the calculation . The scheme of slope cleaning + lattice structure + reinforced concrete baffle + intercepting ditch is proposed to solve the instability problem of the soil slope, and the sliding safety factor of the slope after treatment is 1.673. It can realize the effective prevention and control of soil slope, and provide a new treatment idea for this kind of soil slope instability problem.
