Lvjia gold deposit is located in the middle part of PenglaiQixia gold metallogenic belt. The ore body is controlled by faults with the trend of NNE, and occur as vein and lenticular type. The ore is pyrite quartz vein and ferrosilicite. The formation of the deposit is mainly controlled by the superposition of Precambrian metamorphic basement rock series, Mesozoic magmatic rocks and complex structural system. The Cambrian metamorphic basement rock series and Mesozoic magmatic rocks act as the initial source bed in the process of mineralization, which provides some oreforming material sources for the mineralization of the deposit. The fault structure provides a good channel and orebearing space for the migration and enrichment of orebearing hydrothermal fluids. Magmatic activity is the main source of mineral migration. Based on the summary and study of geological characteristics and the origin of the deposit, it is considered that the deposit is a magmatic lowmedium temperature hydrothermal filling metasomatic altered rock type gold deposit.
