Abstract:Land use survey of key industries and enterprises is an important basic work to implement the "Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan" in China. At present, this survey has carried out two stages, they are basic information collection and preliminary sampling survey. The information collection work provides the list of plots for the preliminary sampling survey, and the two stages link the preceding with the following. The main difficulties in the survey are that the historical production activities of the plot are not clear, which leads to the omission of key areas and characteristic pollutants during the survey. The professional level of the investigators is uneven. For the blocks with complex production technology, it is inevitable to cause incomplete and inaccurate identification of intermediate products and sample collection, which is directly related to the accuracy and rationality of the survey results. There are also different levels of laboratory testing, resulting in deviation of test data. Based on actual work of land use survey of enterprises in key industries, problems and difficulties encountered in the survey work have been analyzed, and experiences of this survey have been summarized. It will provide some technical support for the future investigation of soil pollution on construction land. Some suggestions and countermeasures for the daily supervision work have been and put forward.
