Abstract:The development of groundwater has always been a difficult problem for urban development. Excessive and inappropriate groundwater development often causes irreparable damage to groundwater resources. Changxiao water source area has been developed in Ji'nan area. It is of practical significance to study dynamic response of groundwater under the conditions of appropriate increase of extraction in this area. In this paper, hydrogeological unit numerical model of Changqing—Xiaolipu has beem established, and the Visual MODFLOW software is used to calculate the model. After three years of identification and verification of the model, the rationality and effectiveness of the model are verified. Then, the model is applied to the groundwater level prediction and groundwater dynamic response analysis under different mining schemes, and the prediction results of the impact of different mining schemes on groundwater are obtained. According to water level prediction results, the exploitation amount of karst water in Changqing area should not exceed 140000 m3/d.
