Abstract:Combining with current situation of underground space development and utilization in Tai'an city, the interaction mechanism between geological environment characteristics, underground engineering construction and underground space development is analyzed. By using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the evaluation index system of underground space suitability has been established from aspects of engineering geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions, environmental geological problems and adverse geological processes, and the analysis model has been constructed. Through determining the weight of each index comprehensively, the evaluation unit can be automatically divided by spatial superposition analysis function of GIS software to improve geological environment suitability of underground space development in Tai'an City. At the same time, through explanation of geological conditions of each division, the results of suitability zoning are analyzed and verified.
